You will be able to use Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Bank Account or E-check. Simply add items to your shopping cart and continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you are ready to pay, simply view your cart to verify your selections and proceed to check out. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page to **Don't Have a PayPal Account?** Press continue and enter your billing information. Yes, It is really that easy.

Money or Cashiers Check - if paying by this method please let us know LaLaines@comcast.net , so we may place the items of your choice on hold to prevent them from selling while your money order or cashiers check is mailed to us. 

Items  must be paid in full before they will be shipped.

Custom Orders:

We create many custom orders. We use a variety of jewelry styles and designs with different stones, beads, findings, clasps, earring pieces, charms, pendants, and many other items. Looking for something different, one of a kind or maybe something to match that special outfit. We do everything from just for fun casual to dressy, bridal, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, prom, religious, wild life, rodeo, different themes, children's (boys & girls), infant's, Men, Christening, charity ball, etc. We can create earrings, necklaces, watches, anklets, boot bracelets, phone leashes, key chains and some other items especially for you or somebody special. We are very flexible in the creation department, so feel free to contact us.

Have in mind a list of colors, approximate size of item, overall look you  would like, pearls, semi precious stones, particular gems, gold, silver, other materials, choice of clasp or earring wire, etc. You can even choose one of the style numbers from our listed jewelry and have it created differently. You may mail us a sample of a material or a picture of clothing you would like to match. You are welcome to e-mail pictures but due to the variations in monitor colors we are unable to guarantee an exact match. We are very versatile and have access to a huge variety of items, so even if you do not see it on our site. Ask us, we are probably able to create it for you. We are available to help you.

When the total amount for your custom order is ready we will e-mail or call you.

We require 50% down and the other half upon completion plus shipping and insurance cost before shipping. We will send pictures of the item via e-mail for approval. We can also send pictures through the mail but unfortunately there will be a fee* in addition to the total for the special order. *(We will only charge the exact amount it cost us to develop the pictures and shipping.) We will not charge to resize a custom order within an inch the first time, but do not cover shipping and insurance. Additional charges will be incurred for the custom order if the customer wants to change the item after completion (this includes resizing more than once, changing stones, beads, clasp change, etc.).

 If you approve the custom order, it will be shipped upon receiving full payment in accordance with our payment policy.

Custom Orders are NON-Returnable and NON-Refundable. If something is not to your satisfaction we will work with you to fix it.

Measuring for a Bracelet or Watch

MEASURING YOUR WRIST

To determine the bracelet or watch size you need, measure wrist with a soft flexible measuring tape. If you do not have a measuring tape you can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length then measure with a ruler.

GUIDELINES FOR BRACELETS OR WATCHES

These are approximate sizes and will not apply to every child. When possible, please measure the child’s wrist for a more accurate size.  

0-6 months: 4.0"
6-12 months: 4.5"
1 yr. – 2 yrs: 5 1/4"
2 yrs – 4 yrs: 5.5"
4 yrs - 6 yrs: 6.0"
6 yrs and up: 6.5"  

WOMEN'S SIZES

Women are typically 7 - 8 inches. We will gladly size your bracelet or watch to any length required. To reduce the size of a bracelet or watch there is not additional charge. If there is a need for any of our bracelets or watches to be increased in size we will adjust the bracelet or watch within a 1/2", if there needs to be any additional sizing besides the 1/2" there will be a nominally fee of $3.00 to $10.00 depending on the stones or beads required to increase the size of the bracelet or watch.

All of our bracelets and watches are measured from end to end INCLUDING the clasp. All measurements are approximate. Due to bead sizes, amount of stones or beads used and making the bracelet or watch aesthetically even, when making your bracelet or watch we may be off by 1/16" to 1/8" inch but we will make every effort possible to get your exact measurement. We will always make sure that if we are off, we will make it a little bigger than smaller.

MEN'S SIZES

Men vary quite a bit in sizes so please measure before ordering. To determine the bracelet size for a boy, teen or man please measure the wrist with a soft flexible measuring tape. If you do not have a measuring tape you can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length then measure with a ruler.

Return Policy:            

We want you to be completely  satisfied with your purchases from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item or items per our Return Policy. 

Merchandise must be in good condition - original box packaging preferred for item to be returned in. 

If for some reason the item you have purchased is defective, please contact me "Elaine Johnston" at LaLaines@comcast.net. We strive to create the perfect jewelry items, but are unable to control gemstone variations. We thoroughly inspect each item we create, but sometimes things occur outside of our control. We will repair the item complimentary if it is a detail we have overlooked, we will not repair an item complimentary if it is damage due to misuse. 

Jewelry returns will gladly be accepted within 180 days from the date of purchase. Compact mirror returns will gladly be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

For jewelry items, after 180 days from your purchase date we will gladly fix the jewelry item you have purchased from us for a fee, it will depend on what is needing to be fixed. 

We will not accept returns of excessively worn or damaged items.

We will credit your Credit Card or give you a Store Credit if it is something we are unable to fix. 

We unfortunately are unable to credit shipping and insurance charges from original order. 

We would like to make sure you are satisfied, so let us work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

We recommend the return item or items be insured or shipped via a traceable carrier to ensure proper delivery. 

We regret we will be unable to offer reimbursement for any shipping or insurance charges. 

La Laine's will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

 Include a letter of why you are returning the item or items and how we may better be able to serve you in the future.

Allow up to four to eight weeks for the credit or refund after we notify you we have received the item or items.

  Shipping Policy: 

We offer you a variety of shipping methods, please choose the best one for you.

We always try to ship same day if the order is placed before 12:00 CST. If we are unable to ship same day,  we will ship your selections out the next business day.

**** All jewelry items come in complimentary  jewelry box. This means for each jewelry item you purchase it will be packaged in a tarnish resistant jewelry box. **** 

If you would like items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States please contact us at LaLaines@comcast.net  and we will quote   you the cost for the shipping & insurance.

Credit Card items are shipped out within 24 to 72 hours. We always try to ship same day if order is place before 12:00 CST. If we are not able to it will normally be the next business day.

Money order or cashiers check we ship within 48 hours of payment arriving.

Business or personal checks the item will be shipped after 7 to 10 days of check being received for processing and approval.

If for some reason there is a delay in shipping we will notify the customer immediately with details. 

Sales Tax: The State Comptroller requires all purchases made by residents in Texas include a  8% Sales Tax in addition to the listed price of the item or items.
